The flats vary between 1.5 and 4 rooms with areas of 38 m2 to 108 m2. They have modern floor plans with large balconies or winter gardens and carpet or laminate flooring. Floor ceiling windows and French balconies provide plenty of light in the well-designed rooms.

All 191 flats of the horseshoe-shaped complex have large balconies or winter gardens. The ground floor flats have private gardens.

Hausburg Quartier has a modern heating plant with district heating. The stairwells, with large glass surfaces, high-quality steel handrails and high-quality granite floor ensure a friendly atmosphere. An intercom system and a modern lift are standard features of the house.
